Yes, Williams Wellness Botanicals is a family-owned business. Every tea blend and elixir is handcrafted in-house, made fresh in small batches when you order to help ensure quality, potency, and care in every bottle and bag. ship within the United States (and U.S. territories) and Canada. How long does shipping take?
Our orders are handmade and packaged fresh, then ship within 1–3 business days. Transit time depends on the carrier and your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our workspace.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and carrier rates. We’re always working to keep shipping as affordable as possible while making sure your order arrives safely.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use that link to follow your package’s journey until it’s delivered.
My package says “delivered” but I don’t have it — what should I do?
First, double-check with neighbors/household members and any alternate delivery locations (front desk, parcel locker, side door, etc.). If you still can’t locate it, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. After that, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
Products & How to Use Them
How do I choose which tea or elixir is right for me?
Each product page includes a breakdown of what it’s designed to support (for example: detox & cleansing, sleep & relaxation, focus & brain support, immune balance, etc.) plus key ingredients and “typical use” suggestions.
If you’re new, a good approach is to choose one main focus area (like sleep, stress, detox, or focus) and start with a single tea or elixir instead of stacking a lot at once.
How do I brew your loose-leaf teas?
Unless the product page says otherwise, a general guideline is:

Measure 1 Tbsp of tea per 8–12 oz of hot water

Steep for 10–15 minutes (longer steeps = stronger flavor and extraction)

All teas come with a strainer ball
Always check each tea’s specific directions, since some blends are meant for gentle daily use and others are more “intense” or short-term support.
How do I use the elixirs?
Each elixir has its own suggested serving on the label (for example, 1 mL, usually about one dropperful), plus a suggested number of servings per day. You can take the elixirs:

Mixed into a small amount of water, juice, or herbal tea
Do not exceed the suggested use unless directed by your healthcare provider.
Are your elixirs alcohol-free?
Yes, our elixirs are crafted using vegetable glycerin and distilled water, not alcohol. They’re designed to be gentle on the system while still delivering concentrated mushroom and herbal support.
How should I store my teas and elixirs?
Store all products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and excess heat or humidity. Make sure elixir bottles are closed tightly after each use. Do not use any product if the safety seal is broken or missing.
Can I use your products if I’m pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication?
Everyone’s body and health history are different, and herbs can interact with medications or specific conditions.
We strongly recommend talking with your doctor, midwife, or qualified healthcare provider before using any herbal tea, detox product, or elixir if you:

Do you use sweeteners or sugar in your elixirs?
Our elixirs are made with vegetable glycerin, which has a naturally sweet taste but is not sugar in the same way table sugar is. Always check each product’s ingredient list if you’re avoiding certain sweeteners.
What if I have allergies?
Please carefully review the ingredient list on each product page before ordering. If you have known allergies (for example, to nuts, mushrooms, specific herbs, or plants in the same family), do not use products containing those ingredients.

How does Subscribe & Save work?
You can turn any eligible product into a subscription directly on its product page by selecting a recurring delivery option before adding it to your cart.

Do discounts apply to subscriptions and one-time purchases together?
Subscribe & Save discounts are built into the subscription plans themselves (10% monthly, 15% biweekly). Other promo codes may or may not stack, depending on the promotion. Check the details of each sale or reach out if you’re unsure.
Returns, Refunds & Order Changes
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are consumable and handcrafted to order, we’re not able to accept returns at this time. This is for the safety of our community and our staff.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you may be eligible for a refund within a short time window from your purchase date (see our full Refund Policy for exact timing and conditions).
Once your order has shipped and left our possession, it’s no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
What if my order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake?
