Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

We offer both one-time purchases and subscription purchases (recurring orders) so you can choose what works best for you.


One-Time Purchases

  • One-time orders are charged in full at checkout.

  • These orders are handcrafted to order and begin processing shortly after payment.

  • As stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy, once your order has been marked as “shipped,” it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation within 3 days of purchase, as long as the items are still in our possession.


Subscription Purchases (Recurring Orders)

By choosing a subscription option (such as biweekly or monthly), you agree to be billed automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel.

  • Your card will be charged before each renewal order is prepared and shipped.

  • Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time before your next billing date.

  • If you cancel after a renewal has already been processed or marked as “shipped,” that order cannot be canceled or refunded, but your cancellation will apply to future orders.


How to Manage or Cancel a Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time by:

  1. Logging into your customer account on our website, then

  2. Going to your Subscriptions or Manage Subscription section to:

    • Change your delivery frequency

    • Update your payment method or shipping address

    • Pause, skip an upcoming order, or cancel your subscription

Failed or Declined Payments

  • If a subscription payment is declined, the system may automatically retry the charge.

  • If payment cannot be processed, your upcoming subscription order may be delayed or canceled until a valid payment method is provided.


Refunds on Subscriptions

  • Subscription charges for orders that have already been processed or shipped are non-refundable, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund any previous charges; it only stops future renewals.
