Refunds Policy
Because our products are handcrafted and packaged specifically for each individual order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders that have already been shipped.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation and refund within 3 days of the purchase date, as long as the items are still in our possession.
Once an order has been marked as “shipped,” it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
After your order has been delivered, it is not eligible for return or refund.
