Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Because our products are handcrafted and made fresh to order, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your package ships.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States and Canada.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. In general, orders typically arrive within:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Canada: 7–14 business days after shipment

Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible—if your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Confirm the address on your order

  3. Contact the shipping carrier to open a claim

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Customs, Duties & International Fees (Canada)

For Canadian orders, customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may be applied by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
